Terms for venue owners
Last updated 2026-09-12
These terms apply to businesses that register a venue on Pickle Booking, operated by Digital Pylot Incorporated.
Your venue
- You confirm the venue is a legitimately operating business with the permits its locality requires, and that you are authorised to act for it.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, hours, prices, GCash details and house rules.
- Venues go through a review before going live. We may reject or suspend a venue that appears fraudulent, receives repeated reports, or breaks these terms.
Player payments and refunds
Players pay you directly. You are responsible for confirming payments promptly, for issuing any receipts the law requires you to issue to players, and for sending refunds back yourself — we never hold player money and cannot refund on your behalf.
By listing with us you agree to our published cancellation terms. In short: a player who cancels 12 or more hours before the start gets everything back within 3 business days; a booking you cancel is refunded in full whenever it happens; a no-show is not refunded. Inside 12 hours it is your call, and you may offer another time instead of money. Cancelled bookings that are still owed a refund stay on your dashboard until you mark them refunded. Venues that repeatedly fail to refund what they owe may be suspended.
Subscription
- During early access every plan is free. Before any fee applies we email you the date your first payment is due, at least 30 days ahead; you may stop instead, and your page is hidden, not deleted.
- Plans are billed per 30-day period in Philippine pesos, paid online through PayMongo (GCash, Maya, card, online banking) or by bank transfer. An invoice is emailed once the payment is confirmed.
- If a period ends unpaid, you have 3 days of grace. After that the venue becomes read-only and is delisted. After 60 days unpaid the venue is archived; data is kept for 12 months.
- Upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period. Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Player data
You receive players' names, mobile numbers and emails for the purpose of running their bookings. You must not use them for unrelated marketing without their consent and must handle them in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. See our privacy notice.
Liability
You are responsible for the safety of your courts and for injuries or losses on your premises. Our liability to you is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding three months.
Termination
You may stop at any time by not renewing. We may terminate for breach with notice by email. Either way you can export your bookings before the venue is archived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
