Booking terms for players
Last updated 2026-09-12
Pickle Booking is a booking platform operated by Digital Pylot Incorporated. Courts are owned and run by independent venues. When you book, your contract for the court time is with the venue, not with us.
How a booking works
- You pick a slot and it is held for 10 minutes. Pay the venue via GCash within that time and tap "I have paid" with your GCash reference number.
- The venue confirms your payment. Until it does, your booking shows as "payment claimed". If the venue cannot match your payment, the slot is released and you are notified.
- If you do not claim payment within the hold, the slot is released automatically.
Payments
Payments go directly to the venue's GCash account shown on the booking page. We do not receive, hold or process player payments. Check that the GCash name shown matches the venue before paying.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel online up to 12 hours before the start time and get back everything you paid, within 3 business days. Inside 12 hours the button closes and it is up to the venue. If the venue cancels on you, you are refunded in full whenever it happens. The venue pays you back by GCash — we never hold your money. Full terms on our cancellations and refunds page.
No-shows
Venues may record a no-show if you do not arrive. Repeated no-shows may lead a venue to block your number from booking with them.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate contact details. Confirmations go to the email you enter.
- You must be 18 or older, or booking with a parent or guardian.
- Follow the venue's house rules shown on its page.
Our role and liability
We provide the booking software. We are not responsible for the condition of the courts, injuries, the venue's conduct, or the venue's refund decisions. To the extent permitted by law our liability to you is limited to re-performing the booking service.
Reviews
The day after a game you booked and paid for online, we may email you a link to rate it. Only players with a confirmed, played booking can review a venue, once per booking and at most once every 30 days per venue. Your review shows your first name and last initial; your mobile number and email are never shown.
Write about your own experience of the courts, the staff and the booking. Do not post insults, threats, personal information, advertising, links or phone numbers, or anything you know to be false. We remove links, emails and phone numbers automatically and may hold back, hide or remove a review that breaks these rules. Reviews cannot be edited after posting. A venue can reply once in public but cannot delete or change a review. If you believe a review is unlawful or about you, email [email protected] and we will look at it.
Reporting a venue
If a venue's page looks fraudulent or a venue behaves improperly, use "Report a problem with this venue" on its page, or email [email protected] with the venue name and details. We confirm your email with a code first. Reports are private: the venue is not told who reported. A person on our team reads every report and decides what to do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
