Court bookings
You pay the venue directly by GCash. We never receive or hold your money, so the venue issues every refund. These are the rules every venue on Pickle Booking agrees to when it lists with us.

| You cancel 12 hours or more before the start time | Everything you paid, within 3 business days |
| You cancel inside 12 hours | The venue decides. Most will move you to another time rather than refund — ask them. |
| You do not turn up | Nothing. The court was held for you. |
| The venue cancels on you | Everything you paid, whenever it happens |
| A storm, a brownout or the venue has to close | Everything you paid, or another time if you prefer |
Cancel from the link in your confirmation email. The button closes 12 hours before the start; after that, message the venue. Refunds come back by GCash to the mobile number you booked with.
These terms cover bookings made on Pickle Booking. A booking you arranged at the venue itself is handled by the venue directly.
Subscriptions
Subscription payments by venue owners are not refundable once the period has started, except where required by law or where we cancel a venue without cause.
If a venue does not pay you back
Email [email protected] with your booking reference. We will contact the venue, and we suspend venues that repeatedly fail to refund what they owe.
